Location near to the major tourist sights and the restaurant of hotel' Nok' and taxi. Nearby Bashni Club - great place to chill out. Very comfy bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room. The good view of city👌

The hotel is situated close to the main attractions, just next to the street. It's also conveniently close to the tube. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh fired eggs and fresh pancakes. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and had a great view of the city. The hotel offered free breakfast and complementary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby, which was a nice touch during the Christmas season.

The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They were not able to assist with basic requests and seemed annoyed when we asked for help.

The hotel had luxury rooms and a convenient location near the metro, making it easy to access the city center. The housekeeping department did an excellent job of keeping the rooms super clean. The prices and overall service and food quality were superb. The spa department, especially Ms. Elena and Ms. Olga, provided a special massage experience. The front desk team, Mr. Ruslan and Mrs. Anastasia, were professional and made check-in easy.

The hotel lacked currency exchange services, which was inconvenient for us, and it was quite far from the nearest ATM. The plumbing in the room was faulty, with occasional unpleasant smells.
